Free trial first
Each Mac gets a free 3-day trial, so you can see your pet on your own desktop before paying anything. No card is needed and nothing is charged when it ends.
Purchases are final
Because you can try your pet for free first, and because it is a digital product delivered the moment you pay, we don't refund a purchase because of a change of mind.
If something is wrong
If you were charged by mistake or charged twice, or your pet doesn't work on your Mac and we can't fix it, write to support@getpetos.app from the email address you used at checkout. We'll put it right or refund the $14.99 in full to the original payment method. Refunds usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
After a refund
The pet goes back to where it was before you bought it: if its free trial still has time left it carries on until the trial ends, and otherwise it stops appearing on your desktop.
Deleting is not a refund
Deleting a pet from its page removes it and your photos for good, and does not refund a purchase.
If you live in the EU or the UK
You normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Your pet is digital content that is delivered immediately, so at checkout you ask us to deliver it straight away and acknowledge that you lose that right of withdrawal once it is delivered.
Your rights
Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law where you live, including your rights if a product is faulty.
